Is Your Company a Diamond in the Rough?
We'll never know unless you tell us.
Program Application & Guidelines for 2007
Think your facility has what it takes to bring home the 2007 Arkansas Environmental Federation’s Diamond Award for Excellence in Environmental Leadership? Now you get your chance to prove it.
An independent panel of judges will soon be appointed by the AEF Board of Directors to determine the winner of the prestigious award which recognizes a company demonstrating initiative and innovative leadership in environmental affairs. The winning company will receive a beautiful crystal and walnut trophy that can be displayed in your company’s reception area. Additionally, the winner will be invited to make a presentation during the AEF’s 40th Annual Trade Show and Trade Show to be held Nov. 5- 7 at the Hot Springs Convention Center.
Deadline for submissions is Sept. 14. Rules and application forms can be downloaded from this page as a Microsoft Word document.
It’s easy to enter. Simply save the document to your computer, fill out the application, and then email it to AEF Communication Director Jamie Oliver. The application is composed of several pages, including very specific questions and criteria, so we encourage you to work on your application ahead of time.
All too often, industries in Arkansas are on the leading edge of environmental conservation or innovation in their fields but go unrecognized for their efforts
